1. Introduction to system equipment
1) fully automatic stirring system
The automatic proportion and electronic measurement of light burning powder, brine and modifier are realized by using automatic hoist and computer automatic batching system.
2) automatic plate making machine
It adopts automatic multi-channel roller pressure, cloth net and lay non-woven cloth to make the plate. It can be formed in one time, with fast speed, smooth surface of the board, uniform thickness and thickness, and arbitrary adjustment of specifications. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure design, convenient production and operation, short molding cycle, high production efficiency and good product quality.
3) fully automatic foaming device
Using anticorrosion pump and automatic metering device, the foaming agent and water can be automatically proportioned to make foaming fluid. The foaming fluid is foamed by the foaming machine, and then the foaming fluid can be sent by the automatic metering pump through the automatic metering device.
4) automatic cutting system
With the advanced computer control system, the production line cutting can be realized. The specification and size can be adjusted as needed.
